We want you to love what you ordered. If you change your mind, you can return unworn, unwashed items in their original condition within 14 days of receiving them, in line with your right to cancel under UK and EU consumer law.

How to start a return

Email us at support@mildlyunstableclub.com within 14 days of receiving your order, with your order number and the items you would like to send back, and we will reply with the next steps. Please do not post anything back before you have heard from us.

Once you have told us you want to return something, please send it back within 14 days.

Return postage

Change of mind: return postage is paid by you. Please use a tracked service and keep your proof of postage, as we cannot be responsible for returns that do not reach us.
Exchanges: we cover the postage.
Faulty, damaged or misprinted items: we cover the postage.

Faulty, damaged or misprinted items

Everything is printed to order, so if something arrives damaged, faulty or not as it should be, let us know within 30 days of receiving it, with your order number and a photo, and we will replace it or refund you. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds

Once we have received and checked your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds go back to your original payment method and can take 5 to 10 working days to show, depending on your bank.

If you cancel your order, your refund includes the original standard delivery cost. Any extra paid for a faster delivery option is not refunded.
